If the elevators to the Library are too long, you could save a little bit more time going up via the elevators up the building. Who knows, maybe you would rather choose to stay at the lounges on the way up.

On the 2nd to the 5th floor of Henry Sy, you are greeted with multiple long tables with chairs. If you want to work alone, there are tables and chairs for a party of one that it can accommodate.
It is well lit, with both natural and electric lighting. The big glass window of the building providing the natural light during the day.
There are minimal electrical slots located at the huge pillars and walls of the building. So, if you want to charge your devices, it is a first come first serve basis. Or you can ask people politely.
It is relatively quiet, but tables can accommodate multiple people, so feel free to hang out here with your friends.
There is also a nice touches courtesy of the school. Seeing as how it is technically the lounge is located outside, you may see some mosquito catchers around the area.
